About Us
Having first opened its doors over 10 years ago, Natoria is firmly established as a first stop for
Northern Ireland’s many fashionistas.
Natoria was first opened by Noelle Rea in August 2000 because she felt there was a lack of shopping destinations for people like herself who wanted something that little bit different and special.
We pride ourselves on our customer care. Taking time to make sure that our customers, of all styles and ages, are happy with their purchases and going that extra mile if we can do anything to help.
We stock a fabulous array of brands from all over Europe and the world. Brands including, Hoss Intropia, D.Exterior, Tuzzi, Oky^Coky, Save the Queen, Oui, Pools, Mado et les Autres and many more.
We also have a beautiful collection of shoes from Mary G and jewellery, cashmere and scarves from Caroline and About Face.
We launched this website in Dec 2011 and are now selling our favorite products online throughout Europe.
Customer Care and Terms of Sale
Delivery and returns
We aim to dispatch all our orders within 48hrs.
If you wish to have your order the next day, orders have to be with us by 11am the day before.
We use Royal Mail standard delivery 3-5 working days for all orders and they are insured for your peace of mind.
We have a Collect in-store service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the postman. Also if you’d like to try the garment on before purchasing, please contact a member of staff and we will be happy to leave the garment over for you.
Returns
We hope you will be very happy with your purchases.
However, if you are not, we are happy to offer you a refund if the order is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, you must notify Natoria, as soon as possible, giving your order number, your details and reason for return. After 14 days, returns are accepted at the descression of Natoria and you will be offered a credit note or exchange only.
Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded.
Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition, including labels, receipt and packaging. If goods returned are not in a resalable condition, Natoria reserves the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 30% off the original selling price from the refund amount.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
